Brush knee twist step:
Standing in a right front bow stance step up to a “T” stance with left heel lifted and the left hand by the right hip, palm facing the floor and fingers facing back. The right hand is by the right ear with the palm towards the floor and fingers facing to the front. Step forwards with the left foot into a bow stance bringing the left hand to brush past the front left leg and the right hand striking forwards to in-line with the centre of the body.
Metaphysical:
Chi energy moves from left to right and right to left as the body twists from side to side merging yin and yang energy as it spirals through the body.
