Fishes in 8:
Standing in a front bow stance turn from the waist with one hand shoulder level, the other about waist level pushing out to the side in a semi circle. hands facing out with the turn.

Metaphysical:
Moves chi energy back to front via a side spriraling movement to release chi energy from the spine.

Possible form healing qualities:
Menstrual and gynecological problems. excessive fat on the waist, hips and buttocks, knee problems, shoulder pain.

Therapy use:
Promotes adaptability, intelligence and self esteem, encourages the mind to move in another direction when stagnant and in a rut. Stimulates new vision both internally and externally for regeration in mid-life.
Practice fishes in 8 one side then the other alternating 9 to 300 times each session, turning and moving in a slow peaceful circle first one way then the other to complete one round.
Note: fishes in 8 should be practice with and as a part of grasp swallows tail.
