Step forwards outside block, elbow strike, back fist, reverse punch - step back - inside block, double punch, downward block

Front snap kick - face - stomach - alternating (rengeri) x5 one way - turn - x5 this way

Side snap kick then side thrust kick to the side alternating in (kibadachi) horse stance
