Part wild horses mane:
Extend the left leg out comfortably to the left and front, the length of the stance is determined on how far in front the heel lands, the width of the stance should be shoulder width apart, body weight/energy should rolled onto the front leg (front bow stance) then poured into the back leg (back stance) as the forms change into each other. In coordination with stepping into a front bow stance bring the left hand up to in front of the shoulder finger tips facing the shoulder joint. If the left leg goes forwards into a front bow stance then the left hand comes up to form part wild horses mane, if its the right leg stepping out then its the right hand that parts wild horses mane, the un-used hand is placed at hip level, about 1 to 2 fist widths forward from the hip, finger tips facing forwards, palm level with the ground.
Note: the front foot is known as an arrow (arrow foot) the stance is known as a bow stance (the bow shoots the arrow forwards).
Caution: do-not allow your front knee to go beyond the toes, make sure your front foot is flat and facing forwards.

Metaphysical:
Toning the liver and gallbladder, relaxing tension in the blood vessels - this then allows the blood to run smoothly and evenly through the blood vessels. The even flow of yin essence (blood) through the body encourages harmony in the mind allowing it to think straight without frustration and anger.

Possible form healing qualities:
Migraine, pain in the sides and ribs, release from anger and anxiety, manic depression, helping to regulate menstrual and gynecological problems.

Therapy use:
Step slowly with abdominal breath from one side to the other 9 to 300 times in a session, then use as a standing meditation applying the meditation techniques used in starting form.
