18 CHI GONG EXERCISE (shibashi)
The 18 chi gong exercises was founded by Grand master Dr Lim
Hou Shen.
The movements were put together to help cure illness and as a preventative
measure against disease for all who practice them.
FILM
The film is seen in a wonderful natural setting and the forms
are shown head on. These films have been made for all who use it to learn the
shibashi and simplified 8 brocades with ease. The films also contain original
soundtrack and over 40 verses from Lao Tzu's Tao Te Ching or subliminal messages in the sound track to accompany the
tai chi movements whilst being learnt.

Human beings are born
soft and supple, in death they are hard and rigid. Plants are born tender
and pliant, in death they are dry and brittle. Therefore all who are
hard and inflexible are partners with death, and all who are pliant,
soft and flexible are at one with life. The hard and rigid will break
and the flexible and soft will prevail. Lao tzu |
