Stork spreads its wings:
Standing in a front bow stance lift the back foot up as if making a shin/donkey kick, move the head back to change you weight distribution and let the toe of the back foot touch the ground, let the foot feel the ground across the sole to the heel until it is flat with about 70% body weight poured into its leg. Lift the heel of the front foot up toes only touching the ground making it light. As the back foot slowly takes the weight lift the arm on the same side of the supporting leg up as if stopping the traffic with it the other hand moves over its thigh to about 2 to 3 fist distance from the leg.

Metaphysical:
As the back foot moves down chi from the heavens descends, when the foot lands chi from the earth moves up with the movement of the arms balancing energy through the meridians.

Possible form healing qualities:
Glaucoma, painful eyes, arthritis and stiffness of the fingers, stress related illness, sciatica and hip problems, relaxing muscles and tendons, soothing the shoulders.

Therapy use:
Practice stork spreads its wings one side then the other alternating 9 to 300 times each session to help reduce a fat belly and bring relief to a mid-life crisis in both sexes. Stand still and relax standing in stork spreads its wings form one side for at least 5 minutes then swap to stork spreads its wings forms form on the opposite side, to open up the lungs which could help the chest breathe once more inducing confidence and openness through stillness, letting the intelligence of the practitioner to surface instead of being repressed.
